Returns Policy

At Marquessa we hope that you are satisfied with your purchases, but we offer a no fuss money back guarantee for any items that you are not entirely happy with.

This is subject to the following conditions.

1. Marquessa receives an email notification of your intention to return the goods within seven days of you receiving the goods.
2. The goods are returned within 14 days.
3. The goods are returned in the same condition as they were sent.
4. Return postage is at your cost.
5. If the item was gift-wrapped the cost of the gift-wrap service is non refundable.

If and order is damaged or lost please contact us by email. Damaged items should be returned. (The cost of which will be refunded).
